I. Educational Objectives


This major cultivates innovative consciousness, sense of social responsibility, international  vision, professional ethics and humanistic quality. Students should adapt to the development needs  of the new liberal arts, master generous management and economics knowledge, be familiar with  enterprise operation and management theories and methods, and have the ability of finding problems,  analyzing problems, solving problems, autonomous learning and teamwork. Students are able to work  in government management departments, various industrial and commercial enterprises, planning and  design institutions, financial service enterprises. Students can become senior professionals engaged in  strategic and investment management, human resource management, marketing management and other  businesses in multinational corporations, research institutions and emerging business fields. The above training objectives can be summarized into the following four aspects: Objective 1: have good political quality, humanistic spirit, scientific literacy, sense of social  responsibility, public awareness and innovative spirit, be able to correctly understand and evaluate the  impact of management behavior on society, economy, culture and environment, and have the concept of  sustainable development; Objective 2: have the ability to comprehensively apply knowledge in the fields of management,  economics, financial management, accounting and information science, analyze and solve relevant  management problems of enterprises, and specialize in enterprise strategy and investment management,  human resource management, marketing management, etc; Objective 3: have local feelings, be familiar with local institutional environment and regional  economic development model, be familiar with the development characteristics of regional innovative  and entrepreneurial enterprises and private enterprises, and have the ability to solve the management  problems of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises and private enterprises; Objective 4: have an international vision, have the ability of continuous learning, teamwork and  communication and cooperation, actively respond to the challenges of scientific and technological  development, actively learn and master emerging technologies, and be familiar with the new economic  form and its management tools under the background of digital and intelligent technologies.


II. Graduation Requirements 


1 (professional knowledge): master the basic and professional knowledge of business  administration such as mathematics, statistics, computer, information system and economics, and be  able to use it to solve complex problems related to the field of business administration. 2 (problem analysis): be able to apply the basic principles of mathematics, statistics, economics and  business administration to identify, express and analyze business administration problems related to the  field of business administration through literature research, so as to obtain effective conclusions. 3 (design solutions): for complex management problems related to the field of business  administration, be able to design effective solutions considering social, health, safety, legal, cultural and  environmental factors, reflecting the sense of innovation. 4 (Research): be able to conduct research on complex management problems related to the field of  business administration based on scientific principles and scientific methods, conduct research design,  accurately operate and obtain data, analyze and interpret data, and obtain reasonable and effective  conclusions through information synthesis. 5 (using modern tools): be able to develop, select and use appropriate technologies, resources  and information technology tools for complex management problems related to the field of business  administration, including establishing a reasonable model for complex management problems,  forecasting, simulation and result analysis, and understand their limitations. 6 (management and Society): be able to correctly understand the relationship and interaction  between business administration and the objective world, conduct reasonable analysis based on the  relevant background knowledge of business administration, evaluate the impact of solutions to complex  management problems on society, health, safety, law and culture, and understand the responsibilities to  be undertaken. 7 (environment and sustainable development): have the awareness of environmental protection and  sustainable development, and be able to understand and evaluate the impact of the practice of complex  management problems related to the field of business administration on the sustainable development of  environment and society. 8 (professional norms): have humanistic and social science literacy and sense of social  responsibility, be able to understand and abide by the professional ethics and norms of managers in  management practice, and fulfill their responsibilities. 9 (individual and team): understand the multidisciplinary background of relevant issues in the field  of business administration, and be able to assume the roles of individual, team member and leader in the  team under the multidisciplinary background. 10 (Communication): be able to effectively communicate with peers in the industry and the public  on complex management issues related to the field of business administration, including writing reports  and designing manuscripts, making statements, clearly expressing or responding to instructions. Have  the language and written expression ability of cross-cultural communication, have a certain international  vision, and be able to communicate and communicate in a cross-cultural context. 11 (Project Management): understand and master relevant management principles and  economic decision-making methods in the field of business administration, and can be applied in a  multidisciplinary environment. 12 (lifelong learning): have the awareness of autonomous learning and lifelong learning, master the  methods of autonomous learning, and have the ability to continuously learn and adapt to development.

IX. Graduation Language Competence Requirements


International students in which the principal language of instruction is English should graduate at  least at the level of HSK Level 4 (International Chinese Competence Standard).
