The Zhejiang Government Scholarship sponsors students who are studying at or applying to study at higher education institutions (HEIs) in Zhejiang Province.

Applicants:

Bachelor(freshmen)

Application Materials:

1. Application form with ID photo (white background, 35mm×45mm in size).

2. A photocopy of passport.

3. Senior high school diploma (original copy or notarized copy).

4. Graduating high school students can provide pre-graduation Certificate. After admission, the original graduation certificate or notarized copy should be submitted.

5. Transcripts for all the courses in senior high school (original copy or notarized copy).

6. HSK certificate (for Chinese-instructed program applicants). After admission, the original copy should be submitted

7. TOEFL/IELTS or other score report of English language test (for English-instructed program applicants, whose native language is not English). After admission, the original copy should be submitted.

Application Procedure

1. Students need to Log into our official application website: https://zjut.at0086.cn/StuApplication

2. Please choose yes when you see the question“whether to apply for a scholarship”at the page of application information

   

3. After your application status become to "Processing" It will cost about 2-3 weeks for your scholarship applicaiton to be processed and we will email you if you get ZJUT scholarship. You can also view the scholarship result on application system directly.

4. Students need to pay deposit(1400RMB) and upload payment receipt to the application system in time to secure your spot.

5. After receiving the Admission Letter, scholarship recipients should pay the full tuition fee before registration, and then register on time with the admission letter/scholarship certificate/tuition fee receipt and other necessary materials;

6. After registration, Scholarship recipients should apply for a Chinese bank card immediately and send the bank card information to the email: ischolarship@zjut.edu.cn; 

7. The scholarship will be issued to the scholarship recipients' Chinese bank card.

According to the International Student Administration regulations of Zhejiang University of Technology, if you are currently in China and need to apply for a visa before registration, no matter what level of scholarship you receive, you must pay one year of tuition in advance.
