五一之际，浙江工业大学的8位留学生，正式成为了那位神似“小岳岳”的灵隐景区“网红”保安吴亮亮的“洋徒弟”，共同组成了——灵隐绿叶国际服务队。短短四天的服务经历，国际服务队成员们指路引导2521人次、 发放地图和旅游资料1000多份、文明劝烟262人次、景点介绍84人次、帮助寻人3人次。

During the occasion of International Labor’s Day, eight international students of the Zhejiang University of Technology officially became the foreign apprentice of “Linyin Green Leaf international volunteers’ team.” In just four days of service experience, the members of the international service team pointed the way to guide 2521 persons, distributed maps and tourist information to more than 1,000 people. They also persuaded 262 people to adopt civilized manners, introduced the major attractions and scenic spots to 84 people and helped to trace 3 lost passengers.

这支充满热情与能量的服务队，受到了各界媒体的广泛关注，人民网、中新网、浙江卫视、钱江晚报、都市快报、青年时报、浙青网等媒体相继报道转发，不少游客朋友都为这样一支由黑皮肤、黄皮肤、白皮肤组成的国际服务队伍而赞叹。

This service team, full of enthusiasm and energy has received extensive attention from the media. People, China.com, Zhejiang Satellite TV, Qianjiang Evening News, Metro Express, Youth Times, Zhejiang Youth Network and other media have reported and forwarded, “Lots of tourists did admire the presence and services of such an international volunteering team.”

除此之外，浙江电视台钱江频道、浙江电视台公共新闻频道、杭州综合频道、明珠新闻、经济生活频道也相继报道，志愿者们都带着热情帮助游客，国际志愿队的组建为海内外游客提供了高质的服务。

Additionally, Zhejiang TV station Qianjiang Channel, Zhejiang TV Public News Channel, Hangzhou Comprehensive Channel, Pearl News, and Economic Life Channel have also reported that volunteers are with enthusiasm to help tourists. The international volunteer team is set up at home and abroad to provide high-quality service.

浙江工业大学校青年志愿者协会携手灵隐管理处打造了杭州西湖景区首支国际服务队--灵隐绿叶国际服务队（Lingyin Green Leaf International Volunteers Team）。队伍由景区管理处“网红”保安吴亮亮带领的八名来自浙江工业大学国际学院的学生组成，他们为中外游客提供指路引导、游线咨询、景点介绍、救助联络、文明劝导等服务。

Zhejiang University of Technology Volunteers Association and Lingyin Management Office created the Lingyin Green Leaf International Volunteers Team, the first international service team in Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area. The team consisted of eight students from Zhejiang University of Technology International College led by Wu Liangliang, the famous security guard of the Scenic Area Management Office. They provided Chinese and foreign tourists with direction guidance, travel line consultation, attraction Introduction, rescue contact, civilized persuasion, and other services.

此次服务队的组建，经过前期志愿者筛选、活动培训和装备购置等一系列精心策划。在五一服务期间，我们国际志愿者身着荧光色的帅气制服，脚上穿着特制的透气网靴，更备有“高科技”平衡车让他们在茫茫人海中鹤立，及时发现紧急情况。这支国际服务队虽然新鲜年轻但独特的装束意味着他们责任重大。

The establishment of the service team was carefully planned after the early volunteer screening, activity training, and equipment acquisition. During the Labor Day service, our international volunteers wore handsome fluorescent uniforms, breathable mesh boots on their feet, provided with special high-tech balance bike to let them stand in the tourists and find emergency situations in a timely manner. The fresh, young but unique outfit of this international service team meant they had a lot of responsibilities.

与灵隐景区的成功合作，也让我们对我校发展壮大国际志愿者队伍充满信心，完成更加优秀的志愿者工作满怀憧憬！我校国际学院也将成立一支专门的留学生志愿者服务团队，敬请期待！
