Introduction简介

1. ZJUT (Distinguished Degree Students)Scholarship is provided by ZJUT which has 2 types: Dean’s Scholarship and Individual Scholarship. Meanwhile, the individual scholarship is divided into 5 types:  Academic Excellence scholarship, Social Work Scholarship, Social Service Scholarship, Arts& Sports Activities Scholarship and Academic Innovation Scholarship.

浙江工业大学在读优秀学历留学生奖学金（以下简称：浙工大奖学金）有2种类型：优秀学生奖学金和单项奖学金。其中单项奖学金分为5类：学业优秀奖学金，社会工作奖，社会服务奖，文体活动奖，学术创新奖。

2.Zhejiang Provincial Scholarship is provided by Zhejiang Provincial Government.

The candidates are from the winners of ZJUT Dean’s Scholarship.

浙江省政府奖学金（以下简称：省奖），其候选人从院长奖学金获得者中推荐产生。

General Eligibilities

申请基本条件

（1）During the study period, students have to abide by the laws and regulations of China and regulations of the university在学习期间，遵守中国法律和学校规章制度;

（2）Students who are hard-working and have good performance in study;学习认真努力，表现良好；

（3）For the undergraduate students, the course credits of last academic year should not below 25.本科生上一学年所修总学分不低于25个学分。

Students with any of the following cases during the academic year are not eligible for any scholarship application：

(1)Students who violate the university regulations and get punishment of warning or more severe

punishment, or get two times of criticism are not qualified for application上一学年违反校纪校规受到通报批评两次，警告及以上处分者，无资格评定各类奖学金;

(2)For the compulsory courses, students who absent  for any exams, get exam canceled by the teacher, or  cannot pass even after the make-up exam, are not  qualified for scholarship application上一学年所修必修课有旷考、取消或有一门及以上不及格者，无资格评定奖学金;

(3)Fingerprint punch less than 70%（Except for Students off China）上一学年考勤低于70%（境外学生除外）;

(4)Failure to pay the full tuition fee on time in this academic year本学年未按时缴纳全额学费;

(5)Suspend for this academic year本学年已办理休学的。

Applicants申请者

1.Students who have received Chinese Government Scholarship (except for Excellence Chinese government scholarship), ZJUT Excellence Scholarship, and ZJUT Chinese Program Scholarship are not eligible to apply.

已获得中国政府奖学金（优秀中国政府奖学金除外），卓越奖学金和中文项目奖学金的学生不符合申请资格。

2. 大一新生参照新生奖学金申请标准。

每年九月在留学工大微信官方平台发布申请通知，每年以通知为准。

The application notice is issued on the official platform of WeChat of study in zjut in September every year, subject to the notice every year

Scholarship Selection奖学金评选

1. Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship (Dean’s Scholarship)Selection:The selection  is based on comprehensive rankings.

Evaluation method: comprehensive score = GPA of the last academic year * 10 + Extra points (Maximum cumulative score of 56 points)

Extra Points：

1）Attendance（0--10'）

2）Praise（0--10'）

Get 1 point each time,no more than 10 points

3）Social Duty（0--5'）

5 points for director or chairman level;
3 points for deputy director or vice chairman level;
2 points for member.

4）Activities（0--10’）

Get 1 point each time,no more than 10 points

5）Competition-The same match is only counted one time（0--15'）

1-3 points for participation;

4-6 points for university awards;

8-10 points for provincial awards;

13-15 points for national awards.

6）HSK results of the previous school year (0-6’)

HSK Level 1 (1 point)

HSK Level 2 (2 points)

HSK Level 4 (4 points)

浙江省政府奖学金（院长奖学金）评选：院长奖学金评选根据综合排名授予。

评比方式：综合分=上一学年GPA*10+附加分值（最高累计56分）

附加分值：

1）考勤分值（0--10分）

2）通报表扬 (0－10分）

单次通报表扬计1分，最高累计不超过10分。

3）社会职务（0—5分）

主任、主席、部长级别计5分；副主任、副主席、副部长级别计3分，成员计2分。

4）文化/志愿者/讲座等活动（0--10分）

根据上学年活动积分卡换算分值。1次活动计1分，最高累计不超过10分。

5）竞赛活动-同一类别竞赛只算一次 （0-15分）

参与（1-3分）

校级竞赛获奖（4-6分）

省级竞赛获奖（8-10分）

国家级竞赛获奖（13-15分）

6）上一学年HSK成绩（1-6分）

HSK一级（1分）

HSK二级（2分）

HSK三级（3分）

HSK四级（4分）

2. Individual Scholarship Students Selection：In addition to the academic excellence scholarship,materials will be submitted in September for the first round selection, and the selected candidates should give presentation in November . The time of presentation will be informed around end of Oct.

单项奖学金评选：除了学业优秀奖学金，其他奖学金九月份材料递交初选，入选者十一月份参加奖学金答辩，答辩时间另行通知。

3. Due to the epidemic, Students off China cannot participate in fingerprint punching and activities, so Students off China and Students in China will be selected separately.由于疫情，境外学生无法参加指纹打卡和活动，所以境外和境内学生将分开评选。
