Hello everyone, my name is Panashe Princess Mukotami, but most people know me by the name Pinky. I’m a student at Zhejiang University of Technology. I’ve been at this university for the past 3 years doing Chemical Engineering and Technology. I’ve had what you would call “bitter sweet experiences” at ZJUT. The reason why I say bitter sweet experience is because there were times where I felt like school was becoming too much and I felt like giving up.The sweet experiences would be how I easily bonded well with my lectures. I tried by all means to help out my lectures in anyway possible. I participated in Tutoring programs under my major.

The past 3 years have been really interesting, I’ve learnt a lot about myself and also have learned to stay with different people that have different personalities and backgrounds.Coming to China/ZJUT was part of the plan, no matter how hard it is,it gets don’t give up. Don’t be easily misled by other one, if you see them not studying or doing whatever, it doesn’t necessarily mean they are not reading or studying. So you better stick to your books and practice more.

 The advice that I would give anyone studying at ZJUT would be, DON’T FORGET WHY YOU CAME TO CHINA AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DON’T FORGET WHERE YOU COME FROM AND WHERE YOU WANNA GO. Be yourself because no one can be You better than You can be You.
