Notice on Arrangement of Graduation Thesis Defense for Major in International Economic and Trade (Chinese Business) Jun 6th 1、             Defense Group, Time and Location 2、             Defense Process (1)           Come 15 mins earlier than the right time of your defense group with your thesis, then copy your PPT into the computer and draw lots to make the defense order. (2)           Give one copy of your thesis to every defense member. The format of your thesis should be the same as attachment 1and 2. (3)           Give a 5 min presentation to introduce your name, supervisor, the title of your thesis and the reason for choosing this topic, and introduce the main ideas, arguments, writing experience and originality of your thesis. (4)           Answer the questions from the defense group (no less than 3 questions) about your thesis. (5)           Wait quietly in the classroom and the defense leader will announce the result after all students finish their defenses. (6)      If the defense group considers that some students‘ theses are excellent or terrible in content, structure and expression, there will be a second chance to defense again on Jun. 23th,from 13:00, Jianxing Building B102. 3、             After Defense Prepare all the documents and bring the envelope back to Miss Dong in Jianxing Building B504 before Jun.25th. (1) Thesis Paper should be 3 final versions of your thesis (in right format) after modifying according to the opinions from the defense group.
