国际学生校外实习（实习加注）办理说明
一、为什么需要办理实习加注？Why Is an Internship Annotation Required?根据《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》第二十二条，持学习类居留证件的外国人需要在校外参加实习的外籍人员，应当经所在学校同意后，向公安机关出入境管理机构申请居留证件加注实习地点、期限等信息。According to Article 22 of the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Administration of the Entry and Exit of Foreigners:Where a foreigner holding a residence permit for study intends to engage in off-campus work-study or internship, he or she shall, upon the approval of the school, apply to the exit and entry administration authority of the public security organ to have such information as the location and duration of the work-study program or internship placement specified in his or her residence permit. 持学习类居留证件的外国人所持居留证件未加注前款规定信息的，不得在校外实习。A foreigner holding a residence permit for study shall not engage in any off-campus work-study or internship unless the information prescribed in the preceding paragraph is specified in his or her residence permit.若未办理实习加注就从事兼职、实习等活动的，属于非法就业行为，可能面临罚款、行政拘留、责令限期出境或驱逐出境等处罚。Engaging in part-time work or internship activities without obtaining an internship annotation constitutes illegal employment and may result in penalties, including fines, administrative detention, an order to leave China within a specified time limit, or deportation.二、怎么办理实习加注？How to Apply for an Internship Annotation?l申请条件｜Requirements：1. 为浙江工业大学注册的全日制在校国际学历生，每学期均按时完成注册报到各项要求，同时上一学年（学期）出勤率达85%；Applicants must be full-time international degree students officially registered at Zhejiang University of Technology, having completed all required registration procedures in a timely manner each semester, with an attendance rate of no less than 85% in the previous academic year (semester).2. 为本科三年级及以上在读学生或研究生二年级及以上在读学生；本科一、二年级学生及研究生一年级学生原则上不予受理。Applicants must be undergraduate students in their third year or above, or postgraduate students in their second year or above. In principle, applications from first- and second-year undergraduate students and first-year postgraduate students will not be accepted.3. 遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规，无违法犯罪记录；Applicants must abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as university rules and disciplines, and must have no record of violations or criminal offenses.4. 留学生在申请实习加注时应已持有合法且剩余有效期不少于六个月的学习类居留许可；The applicant must already hold a study type residence permit with a remaining valid time of at least six months.5. 实习内容必须与专业相关，且实习时间不得与正常教学安排冲突；The internship is required to be relevant to the student’s major and should not conflict with the student’s regular academic schedule.6. 实习地点原则上应在杭州市范围内。In principle, internships should be conducted within Hangzhou City.l申请所需材料｜Documents (Attachments Available for Download)1. 本人有效护照、学习类居留许可、有效住宿登记等原件；Valid passport, study-type residence permit, and accommodation registration form;2. 实习单位出具的接收函复印件（3份）；Three copies of the Acceptance Letter issued by the internship unit;3. 学生与实习单位签订的实习协议（3份）；Three copies of the Internship Agreement signed between the student and the internship unit;4. 专业学院的同意函（2份）；Two copies of the Consent Letter issued by the student’s academic college;5. 学生实习承诺书（2份）Two copies of the Internship Undertaking Letter signed by the student;6. 企业的营业执照复印件；A copy of the business license of the internship unit;7. 《杭州市留学生签证证件申请函》（国际学院审核后出具）The “Visa Application Letter for International Students in Hangzhou”, issued after review and approval by the International College.l申请实习加注流程｜Procedures1. 国际学生自行联系实习单位，取得实习资格；Contact the internship unit and secures an internship position;2. 征得所在专业学院同意，获得同意函；Obtain approval from academic college and receive a Consent Letter;3. 准备相关材料；Prepares all required application materials;4. 前往国际学院辅导员处提交申请（屏峰校区健行楼B503/ 505）；The student submits the application to the International College counselor (Pingfeng Campus: Jianxing Building, Room B503/B505);5. 国际学院审核材料，审核通过后出具《杭州市留学生签证证件申请函》；The International College reviews the application materials and issues the “Visa Application Letter for International Students in Hangzhou” upon approval.6. 学生本人前往杭州市公安局出入境管理局递交材料，申请实习加注。Submit the required materials to the Exit&Entry Administration Department of Hangzhou to apply for the internship annotation. 三、注意事项｜Notes1. 签证加注预约及办理时间通常需7–10个工作日，请合理规划时间。Appointment booking and processing for visa annotation usually take 7-10 working days. Students are advised to plan their time accordingly.2. 校外实习加注最长加注期限不超过6个月，如实习天数超过6个月的，须在到期后重新申请。The maximum validity period of each off-campus internship annotation is six months. If the internship duration exceeds six months, a new application must be submitted upon expiration.3. 如变更实习单位或就读学校，需重新办理实习加注。If the student changes the internship unit or transfers to another university, a new internship annotation must be obtained.4. 在中国，从事外教工作的单位须具备国家外国专家主管部门颁发的“聘请外国文教专家资格”证书。具有外教聘请资质的单位才可以给外教办理《外国专家证》和工作类居留证件，合法使用外教。同时，教育机构必须每年通过外专局的年检，否则均属于非法。In China, institutions employing foreign teachers must hold the Qualification Certificate for Employing Foreign Cultural and Educational Experts issued by the competent national authority. Only institutions with such qualifications may legally employ foreign teachers and apply for Foreign Expert Certificates and work-type residence permits. Educational institutions must also pass the annual inspection conducted by the competent authority; otherwise, employment will be considered illegal.5. 未按相关规定办理实习签证，或超越实习签证上所载明时间、单位等范围的实习活动，为非法就业行为，杭州市出入境管理局将根据有关法律法规对违法单位和个人进行处罚。Failure to apply for an internship annotation as required, or conducting internship activities beyond the scope specified in the annotation (including internship period or unit), constitutes illegal employment.
