拟对2021级未报到留学生做放弃入学处理

Cancellation of Grade 2021 Students’ Admission 

根据《浙江工业大学全日制本科留学生学籍管理实施细则（试行）》入学与注册第八条规定，留学生新生因故不能按期报到者，应以书面形式向国际学院请假，请假时间一般不得超过2周。未经请假或请假逾期者，除因不可抗力等正当事由外，视为放弃入学资格。截至2021年09月28日，以下学生(参照附件）尚未完成报到注册。现进行公示，公示时间为2021年09月28日-2021年09月30日。请尽快在公示期内联系ICSO完成报到注册。

According to “Regulations on the Administration of Full-Time Foreign Undergraduate in Zhejiang University of Technology”, for Enrollment and Registration Article 8. If a new international student can not register on time for some reason, he/she shall submit a written application for leave to the International College for approval. Normally, the period of absence shall not exceed two weeks. If he/she fails to do so or does it exceeding the time limit, it will be regarded as a waiver of his/her qualification for the enrollment unless it is due to a justifiable cause such as force majeure.

As at 28 September 2021, the following students （Refer to the attachment） have not completed registration, it is now publicized and the publicity time is from 28 September 2021 to 30 September 2021. Please contact ICSO to register as soon as possible.
