On 7th and 12th of 2013, more than 30 overseas students from theUnited States,Korea,Indonesia,Guineaand so on attended the lecture on the art of Chinese paper-cutting held by theInternationalCollegein ZJUT. With the PPT made for the lecture, Mr Feng briefed the students on the origin, representative features of paper-cutting as well as some techniques required to do paper-cutting. So vivid the lecture was that many students were totally lost in the lecture.     The lecture also offered the students access to practicing paper-cutting, which captured the students’ interest successfully. Though it may be the first time for overseas students to do paper cutting, some work did surprise us. With the lecture, overseas students have mastered the basic paper-cutting skills and were able to have a close contact with the Chinese culture.
