根据《浙江工业大学全日制本科留学生学籍管理实施细则（试行）》入学与注册第九条规定，留学生新生因故不能按期报到者，应以书面形式向国际学院请假，请假时间一般不得超过2周。未经请假或请假逾期者，除因不可抗力等正当事由外，视为放弃入学资格。截至2025年11月04日，以下学生(参考附件）尚未完成报到注册。现进行公示，公示时间为2025年11月04日-11月09日。公示期内，如有疑义，请联系浙江工业大学国际学院留学生工作办公室：0571-85290781。

According to Regulations on the Administration of Full-Time International Undergraduate in Zhejiang University of Technology, for Enrollment and Registration Article 9. If a new international student can not register on time for some reason, he/she shall submit a written application for leave to International College for approval. Normally, the period of absence shall not exceed two weeks. If he/she fails to do so or does it exceeding the time limit, it will be regarded as a waiver of his/her qualification for the enrollment unless it is due to a justifiable cause such as force majeure.
